the gym had excellent amenities on the second level which was acceptable.
we booked five nights at this hotel after hearing good things but we experienced terrible service. we were initially placed in a room that contained large patches of black mold in the shower. additionally there was spilled ketchup on the desk and used band aids stuck on the wall. after reporting these issues we were moved to a different room without any offer of assistance with our bags.

the room was beautiful and very clean. the king bed was very comfortable (i slept like a log!). the bathroom was also very clean. the bathtub in the walk-in shower and the private toilet room were great.

my room was not serviced one day. i called housekeeping to request service and was told it would be done. the room was never serviced that day i found this frustrating.
